The Sunnah worship that Allah loves
ACTIVITIES favored by Allah are those that are routinely performed by the perpetrators, even though they are few in number, based on the hadith of Aisyah r.a. that he tells,
“(Once) came to my house a woman from Banu Asad. Suddenly the Messenger of Allah came to me and asked, 'Who is this?' I said, 'She is a woman who never sleeps at night,' telling her about her prayers, so he said, 'Don't do that! You should do deeds according to your ability; for verily Allah will not be bored, until you are bored, and the religion most favored by Allah is that which is practiced regularly by its practitioners'.” (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim).
Also based on the hadith of Anas bin Malik,
"(Once) the Prophet entered the mosque, suddenly he saw a rope stretched between two pillars. He asked, 'What is this rope?' The people there replied, 'It belongs to Zainab, used for prayer. When he feels lazy or dispirited, he clings to the rope.' So he said, 'Don't do that. Take the rope off. One of you should pray to the extent of his enthusiasm, then if he loses his enthusiasm, he should stop." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim).
Masruq said,
"I once said to Aisyah r.a. , 'What practice did the Messenger of Allah enjoy the most?' Aisyah r.a replied, 'The routine.' I asked again, 'When did he start getting up for night prayers?' Aisyah replied, 'He wakes up when he hears someone screaming'." (HR. Bukahri).
Likewise, the prayer that the Prophet liked the most was the one that was most routinely performed, even though the number was small. When he prays, he does it regularly.
