If a Muslim is afraid of death
It has become a provision that Allah SWT has set for us, as living beings, that life in this world is only temporary. There will come a time when we find the end point of life on this earth. Death, that is what releases the spirit in our bodies to leave the world.
We are advised to always remember death. Because, remembering it will make us remember also that the time spent in this world is not for playing games. Because, this is the phase where it becomes the determinant for the hereafter. But, what if a Muslim is afraid to die? Is that allowed?
If you don't feel ready to face God, be afraid of death. As for the impending death, it must be believed as a right (truth) and not afraid to face it when the time comes. Because, in any way, anywhere, and at any time death will surely come. Death is the beginning of a second life.
So, when the fear comes, maybe we are feeling weak in front of Allah. Because, the deeds we have done so far are not enough to be accountable to Him. However, don't let that fear overwhelm you. Because, the pleasure of a Muslim is wanting to immediately meet his Lord.
Therefore, let us together fix ourselves. Prepare yourself to pick up the call back to Him. Apply the feeling of always lacking in worship, because that is what makes us eager to always worship.
